Refund policy
At Daily Grace Goods, all of our products are made to order. Because each item is printed and fulfilled specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@dailygracegoods.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@dailygracegoods.com.
